MintMiles is currently offered as an early-access / beta product. Wearable connections, MintMiles balances, feature sets, and sponsor rewards are subject to change as our integrations and network expand. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

MintMiles does not manufacture, sell, or ship products directly. Sponsor perks, discounts, and rewards are fulfilled exclusively on partner websites after you successfully redeem MintMiles and satisfy any required performance gates or verification checks. We are not responsible for third-party product fulfillment, quality, or customer service.

• You must only connect wearable accounts and fitness profiles that you personally own and control.
• Manual data falsification, fraudulent syncing, API abuse, or unauthorized connection of third-party accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account review, suspension, or termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MintMiles and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, third-party wearable sync errors, or partner reward fulfillment issues.
